DOM story begins in 2003, when the architects and partners Marcilio Domiciano and Cassio Domiciano started to coordinate the work for construction companies, architecture firms and management companies.

With expertise in several areas of architecture and construction (residential, commercial and corporate) in Brazil and abroad (management of commercial construction in many countries of the European Union), the partners decided to seek a way to apply their knowledge and ideas to improve the management process currently on the market.

More than a new methodology of working, they also provide as main distinction the engagement with the customer, which goes far beyond a simple coordination of the work. For that, the professionals studied customers` real problems and come to a management system with a modern and updated approach – the “Integrated project management”

This management system comprises, in general:

  • Identify customers` needs, set expectations of each part involved and establish project`s requirements.
  • Set clear and reasonable goals, and establish a balance between everyone involved.
  • Manage risks throughout the project to ensure the delivery of the product in time, within the budget, with the quality requirements established and the satisfaction of every part involved (focused in total quality).

It applies throughout the lifecycle of the project. Sooner you start to use it, better results are going to be reached, since as the project evolves the possibilities of minimizing risks decrease while the impact of these risks increase.

DOM guarantees total independence in managing and developing its services, since it is not associated to any other agent of the project, whether it's designer, consultant, constructor or supplier. Thus, you can take the project forward without conflicts of interest for the accurate management of the customers interests.
